Hello, may I introduce myself?

I am Paloma, a fifty-something woman, passionate about accompanying people on their life paths.

My background is very diverse: I have a degree in Tourism and over the years I have taken postgraduate courses in Commercial Management, Family Business Management, Advanced Leadership and Management Programme (AMP), and International Innovation Programme. I am also a Systemic and Ontological Coach.

A large part of my professional life has been spent in the family business in the industrial sector. I was witness and protagonist of key transformations: from professionalisation and generational handover to the sale of one of the companies and its conversion into a multinational. I know first-hand the challenges and opportunities of being in the management of a legacy that belongs to the future.

I too have faced glass ceilings, which is why I decided to break it. That allowed me to become CEO of the Spanish subsidiary of a Swedish company listed on the Stockholm Stock Exchange. There, I led the team through an exciting period of transition and cultural change.

My life has not been a smooth or straight ride, neither professionally, nor in my personal or family life. But that road of mine, with slopes and curves, has given me character and shaped me to be someone who makes a difference.
