Together we cultivate self-leadership as a tool for empowerment and growth, key to sustaining oneself in an environment full of challenges and uncertainty. I accompany women who want to take control of their careers, strengthen their voice in work contexts, access leadership positions and break glass ceilings, without giving up their essence or their wellbeing.
My job is to be a presence and a guide, but also a mirror, an impulse and a support in moments of transition, transformation and professional expansion. Together we walk towards a fuller life, with purpose and awareness.

SME and Family Companies Advisor
I accompany family businesses and SMEs in key moments of transformation, when the emotional and the strategic are inevitably intertwined. With empathy, active listening and a systemic approach, I facilitate spaces for people to strengthen their bonds, clarify their roles and regain confidence in shared decision-making.
I pay special attention to processes such as generational handover, the consolidation of leadership, the definition of sustainable organisational structures and the implementation of protocols that provide clarity and cohesion. My goal is that each company can evolve without giving up its essence: preserving the family soul, while retaining the agility and closeness that characterise SMEs.
Each accompaniment is unique, because behind each company there are relationships, values, fears and deeply human aspirations. My role is to facilitate this transition with respect, clarity and vision.
