Family business is in my DNA, as I am the daughter of entrepreneurs. I participated in the professionalization project and, after successfully navigating the first generational transition, I took on the leadership of a business unit until an investment fund made us an offer we could not refuse.

The family business represented a glass ceiling for me. With effort, I left behind old beliefs and, after the sale, I became the CEO of a subsidiary of a multinational for five years. There, I successfully led the cultural shift from a small family business to a multinational, inspiring my team and promoting personal growth.

Since my departure, I have dedicated myself to collaborating with companies that want to achieve sustainable growth with high-performance teams. I specialize in working with family businesses and SMEs during key moments of transformation, where emotions and strategy intertwine. With empathy and active listening, I create spaces to strengthen connections, clarify roles, and regain confidence in decision-making.

Each consulting project is unique, as behind every company lie human relationships and aspirations. My goal is to facilitate the transition with respect and a forward-looking vision, allowing each company to evolve without losing its essence.

Just a few generations ago, we were born in the same house where we would live our entire lives, the home that had belonged to our grandparents and parents. From a young age, we knew exactly what our profession would be, a direct inheritance from our elders. We also knew whom we would marry, whether it was a distant relative or perhaps a neighbor.

But all of that has changed. Today, our lives are longer, and instead of finding certainties, we face a world in constant transformation, where change presents itself time and again.

Together we cultivate self-leadership as a tool for empowerment and growth, key to sustaining oneself in an environment full of challenges and uncertainty. I accompany women who want to take control of their careers, strengthen their voice in work contexts, access leadership positions and break glass ceilings, without giving up their essence or their wellbeing.

My job is to be a presence and a guide, but also a mirror, an impulse and a support in moments of transition, transformation and professional expansion. Together we walk towards a fuller life, with purpose and awareness.
